Concept: Makeup palette
The concept of a makeup palette symbolizes the three occupancies of the unit all within the same vicinity. These occupancies include the residential space, rental space, as well as the makeup studio. Each occupancy symbolizes an iconic makeup look that can all be created from the same palette. The residential space is designed based off of a smokey eye, the rental after a neutral look, and the makeup studio after a theatrical pop art look. With this in mind, each occupancy has its own material palette regarding colours, textures, and finishes.
